Streamline is an AI-driven collaborative supply chain planning platform for manufacturers, retailers, and distributors. It’s platform helps these customers forecast demand to reduce downtime and maximize supply chain productivity. Streamline is used across multiple verticals, from food and beverage and automotive to pharmaceutical and healthcare companies.

Streamline currently has customers in 40 countries and wants to expand that number. The company works with implementation partners to tailor the solution to local needs.

Co-founder and COO Irene Koshulko says they have worked with a wide variety of customers to ensure they have the right tools to help any business that deals with inventories and needs to plan their supply chain effectively.

“They have some differences, but all of them are planning the demand from their customers needs. So we help our customers to serve their customers better,” she says.

Planning for success with AC:Incubate

Koshulko knew scaling her startup would take grit, determination, and vision. She also knew she needed mentorship and advice from experts who have been there. In 2022, Koshulko and her co-founder joined the Accelerator Centre’s AC:Incubate program and opened the startup's Waterloo office to help take the company to the next level.

“We knew the region as a wonderful place, and specifically the Accelerator Center was the place where we knew we could find terrific mentors on sales, marketing, customer success, and development to help us succeed,” Koshulko says.

Koshulko has worked in the supply chain industry for over a decade and brings that experience to speaking with Streamline’s prospects and customers.

“We speak the same language, and I’ve had the same problems. It's essential to speak with your customers so you can develop solutions that serve them in the most efficient and effective ways possible,” she says.

Becoming an AC Grad

Streamline graduated from the AC:Incubate program in January 2025 and joins a list of AC grads, including Clearpath Robotics, Aterlo Networks, and other leading tech companies. Koshulko says the team took advantage of the Accelerator Centre’s mentors starting on day one of the program.

“We were active at the beginning because we wanted our teams, from customer success to sales and marketing, to be successful. We worked with Kevin Hood on sales, Bob Mathers on customer success, Ellyn Winters-Robinson on marketing, and Kevin Elop on Finance, Administration and and many other knowledgeable mentors. Everyone at the Accelerator Center made a huge impact on Streamline,” Koshulko says.

After completing the program, Koshulko says that her most important advice for anyone considering the program is to ask questions.

“Don't be afraid to ask questions. Maybe you think your question is irrelevant, but you won’t know until you ask it,” she says.

Koshulko adds that the mentors made it easy for her and the Streamline team to get the help they needed.

“The AC mentors are people with whom you can be really open. They're there to invest their time to help you grow,” Koshulko says.

Streamlining the future

As Streamline graduates from the Accelerator Centre, Koshulko says the company plans to grow its team in Waterloo Region. In addition to hiring co-ops and full-time employees, she says the company hopes to partner with the University of Waterloo and other post-secondary institutions to help develop innovations to improve the global supply chain industry.

“We want to be more present in the region and attract more talent. We want to find the right talents. We have high standards for the people who work with the company, and we want to add more talent who can make a difference and impact.

Koshulko says being in Waterloo and close to the Accelerator Centre will help the company as it continues to execute its growth plan.

“So many people are open to giving you advice and helping you with the first step. You need to figure out many things on your own, but having help means we can focus on growing the company knowing we have support,’ she says.
